AWANA accepts VISA card and PayPal as a payment method.
The buyer will receive an invoice from VISA or PayPal as soon as the transaction is completed.
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Once the payment is received, the pieces are sent out immediately. Delivery may take between 3 to 8 days after the day of purchase. The items are sent by recommanded courrier.

Refunds and Exchanges
Items sold and shipped are not exchangeable, not refundable. Only if it has been damaged in transit.

In that case:
- It must be shipped in the same condition that it was received, with all tags intact and original packaging.
- It must be at our offices within 7 days of receipt

To request an exchange please contact us via our contact form, filling in the order number your name, the reason for the exchange and the color or size that you want, so that we can check and inform you about the availability.
